Vinyasa Flow
A nourishing, energising flow class which promotes balance, strength and flexibility. Each movement is linked to the rhythm of the breath making Vinyasa Flow a beautiful & powerful form of moving meditation.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a nourishing complement to Vinyasa Flow Yoga and other forms of exercise. Incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, Yin is a slow paced style of yoga consisting of a series of long-held passive floor based postures that work deeply into the connective tissue and fascia of the body. The postures work on the energetic meridian lines of the body helping to promote energy flow. Each Yin posture is held for 3-5 minutes with support of props and blankets allowing you time to deeply relax & breathe into the physical sensations of your body to release tensions. The meditative nature of Yin yoga makes it ideal for relieving stress & calming a busy mind. Yin Yoga classes are suitable for all levels.
Soul Nourish Sunday
4.30-6.30pm Bath
Combines Soft Flow Yoga with the calming stillness of Yin Yoga, breath practise, meditation and a guided facial self-massage. Includes tea infusions & organic treats. This monthly retreat is designed to nurture and restore body & mind to leave you centred and relaxed.

Core Flow Yoga
Core Flow is a 4 week course to tone and strengthen the whole body. Each week consists of a sequence of yoga postures and low-impact movements set to a beautiful soundtrack. Core flow helps improve posture & alignment whilst developing balance, coordination and precision of movement with an emphasis on strengthening core muscles.

Private 1:1 Yoga
Private 1:1 classes can help you gain the most from your practise by offering individualised tuition.
1:1 sessions provide an opportunity to explore posture alignment and modifications to suit your body and look at ways to incorporate various yoga techniques into your daily life to relieve stress and promote relaxation. Classes include a gentle flow practise, breathwork and mediation.
An Indian Head Massage or Back Neck and Shoulder Massage can be booked as as an addition to your 1:1 class.
You may wish to take 1:1 sessions on a regular basis or as a one-off to refresh your practise.
1:1 classes can take place in your own home, at Claverton Hall Bath or online.

Booking Online Classes
Online yoga classes are live-streamed via Zoom
£10 per class
1:1 bespoke online classes £45 per session
To book a class or 1:1 go to Book a Class send your name, email address & the name of the class & date you’d like to book. Bookings are taken up to 90 mins prior to the start of the class.
If this is your first online class you’ll receive a registration & health form to complete. Once registered please make class payment by BACS (details upon booking). You will receive booking & payment confirmation.
Please ensure you download the free zoom app in advance onto your phone, i pad, tablet or laptop, as you will need this to access the class.
You will receive the zoom link to your class 30 mins prior to the start of the class. Click on this link, when you see the Nourish Flow Yoga screen please wait, the class will open 5 mins beforehand.
If you are unable to attend a class you may cancel or reschedule up to 24hrs prior to the start of the class.
The classes are designed for adults 18 and over.
When practising online please ensure your chosen space is safe for your practise. Ideally somewhere quiet with a yoga mat placed on level ground with at least 1 metre free space surrounding your yoga mat & set up your screen device so that you can view it easily.
Yoga is a form of exercise programme. It is recommended that you consult your GP regarding the suitability of undertaking this form of exercise prior to booking & participating in a class.
If you have any previous or existing injuries, illnesses or medical conditions please ensure that you seek medical advice from your GP prior to booking.
The online classes are not suitable during pregnancy. If you have recently been pregnant please consult your GP regarding the suitability of this form of exercise before participating in a class.

Please select the appropriate class for your level of fitness, practise safely and within your own capabilities, modify postures if necessary and rest whenever you wish to.
